WHAT WE EXPLORE
Field Notes

Why we often start with feelings?

“Because people cannot meaningfully engage with a complex problem if we ignore where they are emotionally in relation to it.”
What counts as evidence of a skill?
Human Skills Development · 3 min read
“There is a gap between how we develop human skills, how we recognise them, and how we show them in the labour market.”
INNERA / OUR APPROACH
Why Innera exists
We believe uncertainty becomes easier to navigate when people have spaces to think together, ask better questions, try small experiments, and learn from what happens.
Why we care
The world is changing faster than ever. We have more information than any generation before us, yet making thoughtful decisions has become harder. Many challenges cannot be solved by information alone; they require judgement, collaboration, and the ability to keep learning. Innera creates space for people and organisations to explore how we learn, think, collaborate, and act in a rapidly changing world. A rapidly changing world requires spaces where diverse people can think critically, learn together, experiment responsibly, and shape more human-centred ways of living and working.
These are the grounding principles that guide our work and our community.
Understanding what makes each person unique and what they bring to a shared space.
Identity
Personal Responsibility
We explore digitalisation, work, wellbeing, and social change through real situations.
Attitude Towards Work
Recognising that our choices affect the people, communities, and systems around us.
Social Responsibility
OUR METHOD
How we work
Innera is not a finished program. It is an ongoing exploration.
If our questions resonate with you, we’d love to keep exploring together.
